How to cancel a subscription

Tellmint subscriptions are managed by Google Play. You can cancel any time; your Pro or Max access stays active until the paid period ends.

From tellmint

  1. Open tellmint.
  2. Tap your avatar.
  3. Tap Manage subscription.
  4. Google Play opens the subscription page.
  5. Choose tellmint and follow Google's cancellation steps.

From Google Play

  1. Open the Play Store app.
  2. Tap your profile picture.
  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions.
  4. Tap Subscriptions.
  5. Choose tellmint.
  6. Tap Cancel subscription and confirm.

Good to know

  • Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
  • Deleting your tellmint account does not cancel the subscription in Google Play.
  • You need to use the same Google Play account that bought the subscription.
  • After cancellation, your plan normally stays active until the end of the billing period.
  • When the period ends, tellmint drops back to Free limits.
