Quota cycle, the important rule
Your quota resets monthly on your anchor date, not on the first of the calendar month.
- Free: anchor is your account creation date. Sign up on the 15th, you reset on the 15th.
- Pro / Max: anchor is the day you subscribed. Buy on the 8th, you reset on the 8th.
The profile sheet's quota card shows your reset date so you never have to guess.
Where to see your current usage
- Profile sheet → subscription quota card: plan badge, recordings used, chat messages used, top-ups remaining, reset date.
- Recording screen: a small counter and, near the limit, a warning.
- Chat: shows remaining messages near the limit.
What happens at the limit
- Recording limit: the record button is blocked. You'll be offered a top-up or an upgrade.
- Chat limit: new messages are blocked until reset (or an upgrade).
- Fresh Insight limit: the Generate button is disabled and shows "Next available: [date]".
Good to know
- Free's zero chat is a hard limit, not a trial cap. On Free the Reflect tab opens an upgrade screen instead of a conversation. Chat is strictly a paid feature.
- There is no annual plan (for now).
- Admins always get Max access regardless of what RevenueCat says, this is internal-only.
- Changing plans mid-cycle: upgrading applies immediately with a fresh quota block. Downgrading applies at the end of your current billing period.
